Anyone else feeling a little disenfranchised?
It's time to ACT
Accountability - Everyone (posters, mods, CMods and Admins) need to start holding their hands up. Don't hide behind a wall of collective responsibility.
Communication - If you have a great idea to make things better then tell people. But tell people *before* you launch it if it's going to impact them. And "don't be a dick". Civility costs nothing
Transparency - There are some things that need to be private (reported posts, the majority of the Admin and Mod forums) but there is a lot that doesn't need to be. Site policy formulation and dispute resolution for example.
